Hello everyone! we're back!! Mummy is sick from goose flu :((( So i shall recount all our adventures in HK part II ok?? :))))

Here we are, Day 1, arrived from cattle class Jetstar at 1130 pm at HKIA... We promptly refreshed ourselves with coffee from Krispy Kreme!!! We immediately hao lian-ed to Desdragon also.. We, being nice sheep, asked him if he wanted us to tabao for him but he didnt want loh. So its not our fault ok. :(

This is swan!! ahahahaha she's just joking!! i hope. :(

Here i am! On the airport transfer on the MTR to Kowloon and mummy and swan are making their way to the Dorsett Seaview Hotel... This time, we got room 1303 , not the 911 like last time. Hah! our canto has improved ok!!! (False confidence as i shall recount later on :) )


Mummy managed to find the Red Ant cafe that Rachel told us!! It was mighty difficult to find ok, it was raining and swan was carrying a trashbag over her head as her clothes were not water proof. Anyway, managed to find the big pig intestines that Rachel had told us abt. Yippeee... here it is!!! Its on the right hand side... We also ate this cheese/potato/mussel gratin which was yummilicious.... The noodles was ok lah, not too bad... Just mighty nice stop in the cold weather. The drink that mummy had was very good too, it was this red date/pear winter drink thingy that was good for complexion. Yah, why are we NOT surprised mummy picked that? She's a sucker for anything that says good for complexion. Well, guess not everyone has good skin like me. :))


Anyway it was frickin cold loh, shitty sgp reports that HK was gg to be 16-17 deg C and when we landed, it was 11 deg C and raining!!!!!! Luckily i am COMPLETELY covered in winter clothing... even my ears are covered.

This is one of the street eats called Kai Dan Jai (Chicken Egg Little) heheeh... its abit like waffles that kind and is extremely yummiliciously steamingly hot during winter!! The building below is at Lan Kwai Fong.... Gucci!!!! I had to remind Mummy that we're waist deep in debt and she cant go shopping.

After blowing MY allowance for the next 5 years at H&M , we went on the star ferry again and watched the Victoria Harbour lights spectacular. Mummy, u so got to get a better camera ok.


We then stopped by this shop at Yau Ma Tei where our hotel was for this dessert shop that mummy always wanted to try. It only serves milk pudding!!! Swan is illiterate in mandarin but lingual in canto and mummy is literate in chinese (even tho her knowledge of chinese is such a mockery to the Sgp education system. hehehe ) but not lingual in canto... Anyway they managed to choose the "zhao pai" dessert, 1 was this warm ginger milk pudding and the other was this cold snow skin milk pudding. Both were yummilicious and very nice after gobbling the street side stalls' smelly toufu. :))))
